Deepika Padukone Turns Choreographer And Fashion Designer

Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has been the talk of the town since her impressive role in Chennai Express. In the recently released song titled 'Nagada Sang Dhol Baje' from Ram Leela, Deepika brings back the garba to Bollywood. Garba is a traditional dance which originates from the state of Gujarat.

This song with Deepika dancing with high energy got us all comparing her to Aishwarya's garba dance from the movie Devdas. Some said that Deepika was aping Aishwarya and the others said that Deepika danced better than Aishwarya. It is said that Sanjay Leela Bhansali told Deepika to dance in her natural style and so the actress let her hair down and put in some enthusiastic steps for the 'nagada' song.
Deepika looks stunning in the red lehenga that she has donned for the garba and has also done a brilliant job by giving a helping hand for the choreography.
Apart from all the grooving, we also see that Deepika will debut as a fashion designer as she co-creates and unveils this season's Women's Limited Edition collection exclusively for Van Heusen. This Banglorean model-turned-actress, who is known for classy dressing is ready to set new trends.
With this, we can see that Deepika has just stepped up to another level. "It's a little bit of what I already have and what I would like to see myself wearing. The collection is really about wearing your own personality. That's something I've always believed in. It's important to not forget who you are," explained Deepika.
