Telugu film industry is the second biggest film industry in India after Bollywood. It produces hundreds of big-budget movies every year. After Bollywood, this is the only industry, which spends heavily on the filmmaking and promotions. Tollywood movies would release not only in Andhra Pradesh, but also in Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and a few other states in North India. Several movies have been listed in all time highest grossing Indian movies.
Telugu movies like Magadheera, Gabbar Singh, Racha, Dookudu, Julayi, Eega, Pokiri, Jalsa, Indra, Brandavanam and Simhadri are some of the big budget movies, which have been made using high technology. They have done wonders at the Box Office and become the all time highest grossing movies in Tollywood.
