For the love birds, GV Prakash Kumar and Saindhavi, this was the day that they have been waiting for from a long time. The couple, after being in love for over 10 years, finally tied the knot today (June 27) at the presence of their family and friends.
GV Prakash Kumar, nephew of Oscar winner AR Rahman, married his childhood friend and singer Saindhavi at Major Ramanathan Chettiar Hall. The marriage happened at the auspicious time at 10:25 am.
Director Balu Mahendra, Mani Ratnam with actress-wife Suhasini Maniratnam, Rajiv Menon, director Bala, director K Baghyaraj, Poornima Baghyaraj, Surya, Vijay's mother Shoba Chandrasekar, Sangeetha (Vijay's Wife), AL Alagappan, director AL Vijay, music director Deva, Shanthanu, Pushkar and Gayathri, Dhanshika, Pa Vijay, LR Eswari, Nithyashree Mahadevan, Dhananjeyan Govindan, Kamala Selvaraj, Crazy Mohan were the prominent names from the film fraternity, who graced the function.
