Disciplinary Committee of Badminton Association of India (BAI) has recommended a life ban on ace shuttler Jwala Gutta. The life ban was recommended on the charge that JwalaGutta tried to stop some players of her team Krrish Delhi Smashers from playing a match against Banga Beats in the IBL.
he disciplinary committee has circulated the decision to member associations but it is still not implemented. It is said that if Jwala Gutta comes up with an unconditional apology, BAI president can revoke the disciplinary committee’s decision. Jwala Gutta is not available to media to respond on the issue.
